Overview We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Independent Dispute Resolution (IDR), NSA Specialist to join our team. The position offers an opportunity to contribute to a dynamic organization committed to integrity and excellence in dispute resolution processes.<ul><li>Manages and responsible for coordinating cases for Federal arbitration specifically relating to No Surprise Act (NSA).</li></ul><ul><li>Administer the Out-of-Network Federal Independent Dispute Resolution (IDR) process outlined by the No Surprise Act (NSA).</li><li>Assess and manage business process to determine those most effective and efficient way of processing NSA requests.</li><li>Oversee preparation of data, statistics, narratives, and reports to be used for communicating and managing NSA volumes and outcomes.</li><li>Manage the dispute resolution process from initiation through final resolution, ensuring compliance with organizational standards.</li><li>Prepare clear, concise written reports documenting findings, recommendations, and resolutions.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: From $65,000.00 per yearBenefits:<ul><li>401(k)</li><li>Dental insurance</li><li>Health insurance</li><li>Health savings account</li><li>Paid time off</li><li>Retirement plan</li><li>Vision insurance</li></ul>Work Location: In person
