Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Independent Dispute Resolution (IDR), NSA Specialist to join our team. The position offers an opportunity to contribute to a dynamic organization committed to integrity and excellence in dispute resolution processes.

• Manages and responsible for coordinating cases for Federal arbitration specifically relating to No Surprise Act (NSA).

• Administer the Out-of-Network Federal Independent Dispute Resolution (IDR) process outlined by the No Surprise Act (NSA).
• Assess and manage business process to determine those most effective and efficient way of processing NSA requests.
• Oversee preparation of data, statistics, narratives, and reports to be used for communicating and managing NSA volumes and outcomes.
• Manage the dispute resolution process from initiation through final resolution, ensuring compliance with organizational standards.
• Prepare clear, concise written reports documenting findings, recommendations, and resolutions.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $65,000.00 per year
