About the Role
The Breakfasts Attendant provides food service during breakfast hours for hotel guests. This role creates welcoming guest experiences and supports smooth food and beverage operations.
Essential Functions<ul><li>
Prepare food and beverages for breakfast buffet service.</li><li>
Provide friendly, professional service to hotel guests.</li><li>
Set up, stock, and break down buffer area according to required breakfast time.</li><li>
Maintain cleanliness and organization of buffet areas, including equipment and storage.</li><li>
Maintain clean and organize standards according to state and Ignite regulations.</li><li>
Keep records for food storage, prep, and tasks as required per state and Ignite regulations.</li><li>
Assist with inventory counts, restocking, and reporting as needed.</li><li>
Perform other duties as assigned.</li></ul>

Qualifications
Experience<ul><li>
Prior customer service experience preferred</li></ul>
Education &amp; Certifications<ul><li>
High school diploma or GED required.</li><li>
Must obtain and maintain a valid Food Handler&rsquo;s Card in accordance with applicable state and local requirements.</li></ul>
Skills &amp; Abilities<ul><li>
Excellent guest service and communication skills.</li><li>
Ability to multitask in fast-paced environments.</li><li>
Professional appearance and positive attitude.</li><li>
Reliable, punctual, and dependable.</li></ul>
Availability<ul><li>
Scheduling may include weekends, and holidays based on operational needs.</li></ul>
Physical Requirements<ul><li>
Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds; move cases/kegs as needed.</li></ul>
Work Environment
This position operates in a hotel food and beverage environment with variable pace and guest interaction.
