About the Role

The Breakfasts Attendant provides food service during breakfast hours for hotel guests. This role creates welcoming guest experiences and supports smooth food and beverage operations.

Essential Functions

• Prepare food and beverages for breakfast buffet service.

• Provide friendly, professional service to hotel guests.

• Set up, stock, and break down buffer area according to required breakfast time.

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of buffet areas, including equipment and storage.

• Maintain clean and organize standards according to state and Ignite regulations.

• Keep records for food storage, prep, and tasks as required per state and Ignite regulations.

• Assist with inventory counts, restocking, and reporting as needed.

• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Experience

• Prior customer service experience preferred

Education & Certifications

• High school diploma or GED required.

• Must obtain and maintain a valid Food Handler’s Card in accordance with applicable state and local requirements.

Skills & Abilities

• Excellent guest service and communication skills.

• Ability to multitask in fast-paced environments.

• Professional appearance and positive attitude.

• Reliable, punctual, and dependable.

Availability

• Scheduling may include weekends, and holidays based on operational needs.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds; move cases/kegs as needed.

Work Environment

This position operates in a hotel food and beverage environment with variable pace and guest interaction.
