Role SummaryThe Senior Sales Executive is responsible for generating new business, managing client relationships, and achieving monthly/quarterly sales targets. The role requires strong communication, negotiation skills, and the ability to close deals independently.Key Responsibilities:-1. Business Development &amp; Lead GenerationIdentify new business opportunities through market research, networking, and client referrals.Generate and qualify leads through calls, visits, online platforms, and field activities.Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve targets.2. Client ManagementMeet clients in person or conduct virtual meetings to understand their requirements.Present product/service offerings effectively and provide professional consultations.Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and ensure repeat business.3. Sales Process &amp; ClosingPrepare and deliver sales proposals and quotations.Negotiate pricing, terms, and finalize deals.Achieve weekly/monthly sales targets consistently.4. Coordination &amp; ReportingCoordinate with internal teams (operations, marketing, finance) for smooth delivery of services.Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities.Submit daily/weekly MIS reports to the Sales Manager.5. Market AwarenessStay updated on industry trends, competitors, and market demand.Provide feedback to management for improving product offerings and strategies.Key Skills Required:-Strong communication and interpersonal skillsExcellent negotiation &amp; closing skillsCustomer handling &amp; relationship managementTarget-driven and self-motivatedGood presentation skillsBasic knowledge of CRM tools &amp; MS Office.Job Type: Full-timePay: &#8377;25,000.00 - &#8377;30,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
