What You&rsquo;ll Do:<ul><li>Manage emails and client communications (professional + timely)</li><li>Organize and track tasks across multiple clients</li><li>Support billing team with administrative tasks</li><li>Maintain accurate records and documentation</li><li>Assist with reports and data entry</li><li>Coordinate schedules and follow-ups</li><li>Help enforce internal workflows and SOPs</li></ul>What We&rsquo;re Looking For (A-Player Traits)Extremely detail-oriented (you catch what others miss)Highly organized and structuredFast, responsive, and proactiveStrong written communication skillsTech-savvy (Google Sheets, email systems, task tools)Able to manage multiple priorities without dropping the ballTakes ownership (does not wait to be told what to do)We operate with high standards, strong systems, and accountability.We are NOT looking for average.
