</div><div>The Project Manager will lead complex projects across multiple geographies. This role requires strategic planning, vendor management, cross-functional leadership, and operational execution to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and with optimal quality.</div><div></div><div><b><br>
What you can expect as a Project Manager at Illumine-i:
</b></div><div><b>1. Project Planning &amp; Development</b></div><ul><li>
You&rsquo;ll define project scope, feasibility, and technical requirements in coordination with engineering, development, and operations teams.</li><li>
You&rsquo;ll collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to finalize specifications and assess constructability.</li><li>
You&rsquo;ll conduct constructability reviews and evaluate logistics, site conditions, layouts, and commissioning readiness.</li><li>
You&rsquo;ll support permitting and interconnection processes with utilities and Authorities Having Jurisdiction (AHJs).</li></ul><div><b>
2. Budgeting, Estimating &amp; Scheduling</b></div><ul><li>
You&rsquo;ll develop and manage CAPEX and OPEX budgets, including detailed cost estimates and contingency planning.</li><li>
You&rsquo;ll create and maintain project schedules and staffing plans to ensure timely execution.</li><li>
You&rsquo;ll track and report progress against budget, schedule, and HSE standards.</li></ul><div><b>
3. Procurement &amp; Contracting</b></div><ul><li>
You&rsquo;ll prepare RFPs and bid packages for major equipment (e.g., generators, switchgear, transformers, BESS containers) and subcontractors.</li><li>
You&rsquo;ll evaluate vendor proposals and assist in negotiations to ensure competitive pricing and scope alignment.</li><li>
You&rsquo;ll execute full buyout of project scopes with clear contract terms and risk mitigation strategies.</li></ul><div><b>
4. Execution &amp; Construction Oversight</b></div><ul><li>
You&rsquo;ll supervise construction activities through field staff and subcontractors, ensuring quality and safety compliance.</li><li>
You&rsquo;ll allocate responsibilities and manage resource needs including manpower, equipment, and materials.</li><li>
You&rsquo;ll maintain inventory levels and ensure timely delivery of critical components.</li></ul><div><b>
5. Reporting &amp; Documentation</b></div><ul><li>
You&rsquo;ll maintain accurate project documentation including meeting minutes, daily reports, schedules, and financial trackers.</li><li>
You&rsquo;ll provide senior leadership with regular updates on project health, risks, and mitigation plans.</li><li>
You&rsquo;ll prepare turnover packages for seamless transition from development to execution.</li></ul><div><b>
6. Risk &amp; Stakeholder Management</b></div><ul><li>
You&rsquo;ll identify and mitigate risks related to schedule, permitting, supply chain, and constructability.</li><li>
You&rsquo;ll collaborate cross-functionally with development, finance, legal, engineering, and external stakeholders (utilities, OEMs, contractors).</li></ul><div>

Essential Qualifications include:</b></div><ul><li>
Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Engineering, Project Management, Business Administration, or related field; MBA preferred.</li><li>
8+ years of experience managing large-scale projects, preferably in construction, engineering, or sustainable technology sectors.</li><li>
Proven experience in vendor management, including selection, negotiation, and performance monitoring.</li><li>
Strong project management skills with expertise in Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid methodologies.</li><li>
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and strategic thinking skills.</li><li>
Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities to collaborate with global teams and external partners.</li><li>
Proficiency in project management tools, CRM systems, and reporting platforms.</li><li>
Experience managing multi-location and cross-cultural teams is highly desirable.</li></ul><div>
