Job Title: Sales Executive &ndash; Interior Fit-Out/ MarbleLocation: Abu Dhabi Employment Type: Full-Time Experience Required: 8+ Years in Interior Fit-Out/Marble SalesKey Responsibilities<ul><li>Identify, develop, and secure new business opportunities for interior fit-out projects.</li><li>Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, contractors, architects, designers, and developers.</li><li>Meet prospective clients and understand their requirements.</li><li>Prepare and submit proposals, quotations, and tender documents in coordination with the estimation and operations teams.</li><li>Negotiate commercial terms and close sales deals to achieve revenue targets.</li><li>Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.</li><li>Follow up on leads, inquiries, and ongoing projects to maximize conversion rates.</li><li>Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and project pipelines.</li><li>Coordinate with project teams to ensure smooth handover and client satisfaction.</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>Minimum 8 years of proven sales experience in the interior fit-out industry (Marble preffered)</li><li>Demonstrated track record of bringing new business and achieving sales targets.</li><li>Strong knowledge of commercial, retail, hospitality, and residential fit-out projects.</li><li>Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.</li><li>Ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships.</li><li>Self-motivated, target-oriented, and capable of working independently.</li><li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office.</li><li>Valid UAE driving license.</li></ul>Application Question(s):<ul><li>How many years of experience do you have? </li><li>What is your salary expectation?</li><li> What is your notice period?</li><li> Do you have experience in marble/fit-out?</li><li>Do you have UAE Driving License? </li></ul>Work Location: In person
