Key Responsibilities :<ul><li>Prepare molds, surfaces, and materials for lamination processes</li><li>Apply gel coat, resins, and fiberglass matting using hand lay-up or spray techniques Cut, shape, and position fiberglass materials as per specifications</li><li>Mix resins and catalysts in correct proportions Carry out rolling and consolidation to remove air bubbles and ensure proper bonding</li><li>Trim, grind, and finish laminated parts to required dimensions Repair damaged GRP structures and components</li><li>Ensure proper curing and finishing of products Maintain tools, equipment, and work area in clean and safe condition</li><li>Follow all health, safety, and environmental procedures</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, FresherPay: AED1,800.00 - AED2,500.00 per monthWork Location: In person

Key Responsibilities:-<ul><li>Estimation &amp; Tendering Review drawings, specifications, and tender documents.</li><li>Prepare detailed cost estimates, BOQs (Bill of Quantities), and material take-offs.</li><li>Analyze project scope and identify cost risks and opportunities.</li><li>Monitor project costs and ensure alignment with budget.</li><li>Track variations, change orders, and claims.</li><li>Measure completed work for interim payments.</li><li>Coordinate with site engineers and project teams.</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, FresherPay: AED3,500.00 - AED5,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
