Key Responsibilities
- Assist the sales team in daily operations and administrative tasks
- Prepare and process sales orders, quotations, and invoices
- Maintain and update customer databases and sales records
- Coordinate with internal departments (logistics, finance, etc.) to ensure timely delivery
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and follow-ups
- Track sales performance and prepare reports for management
- Schedule meetings, appointments, and sales presentations
- Support the team in achieving sales targets
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate stock availability
