We are looking fora professional Female Sales Coordinator/Account Assistant with below skills
- Sales Support: Assist sales teams by maintaining schedules, organizing client meetings, and preparing presentation materials like brochures and slide decks.
- Order & Contract Processing: Generate and verify sales quotations, purchase orders, and invoices to ensure accuracy and timely fulfillment.
- Bookkeeping & Data Entry: Record daily transactions, including sales, expenses, and receipts, Process and verify invoices, issue bills to clients, monitor outstanding payments, and assist with debt collection, Perform regular bank and petty cash reconciliations to spot discrepancies and ensure accuracy of cash records.
- Reporting & Closing: Draft financial reports, balance sheets, and assist with month-end and year-end closing processes.
- Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel, Word and PPT), Excellent verbal and written communication skills,
