Executive Assistant to Owner / Sales Support Coordinator

We are looking for a sharp, organized and proactive Executive Assistant to support the Owner/Director in daily business operations. This is a dynamic, on-the-go role ideal for someone who thrives outside a desk-only environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound cold calls to leads, landlords and developers
  • Schedule and confirm meetings, manage the owner’s daily calendar
  • Accompany owner to developer offices, meetings and property viewings
  • Take notes, follow up on action points after meetings
  • Coordinate between sales team, clients and owner
  • Handle correspondence, documents and basic admin tasks
  • Support with CRM updates and lead tracking

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1–2 years experience as EA/PA, sales coordinator or real estate admin
  • Confident, fluent English communication
  • Comfortable with daily travel across Dubai
  • Presentable, professional and well-organized
  • Own visa or husband-sponsored visa preferred
  • Valid UAE driving license is a plus (not mandatory)

Pay: AED6,000.00 - AED6,500.00 per month
