Company: Epic Homes Real Estate Location: Dubai, UAE Position: Receptionist / Real Estate Administrator Salary: AED 4,000 per monthAbout the RoleEpic Homes Real Estate is looking for an experienced Receptionist / Real Estate Administrator to join our growing team in Dubai. We are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive individual with previous experience in the Dubai real estate industry who understands the administrative processes, documentation, and CRM management required to support a successful real estate office.The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the day-to-day administrative operations while ensuring all property listings, paperwork, and transactions are processed accurately and efficiently.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Create, edit, and maintain high-quality property listings. on Property Finder, Bayut, and Dubizzle.</li><li>Coordinate with brokers to collect required documents for listings and transactions.</li><li>Register with developers and maintain developer portals.</li><li>Handle property registrations and all related documentation.</li><li>Prepare and process Form A, Form B, Form F, and A2A (Agent-to-Agent) agreements.</li><li>Register contracts and transactions through the Dubai Land Department (DLD) / Dubai REST / Trakheesi systems.</li><li>Assign incoming leads to agents through the CRM.</li><li>Update and maintain the company CRM with accurate client, property, and transaction information..</li><li>Answer incoming calls, greet clients, and provide professional front desk reception services.</li><li>Maintain organized digital and physical records of all transactions and documentation.</li><li>Provide administrative support to management and the sales team.</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>Minimum 1 year of experience in Dubai Real Estate Administration.</li><li>Previous experience working in a real estate brokerage in Dubai is essential.</li><li>Strong knowledge of:</li><li>Property Finder</li><li>Bayut</li><li>Dubizzle</li><li>Dubai Land Department (DLD)</li><li>Dubai REST</li><li>Trakheesi</li><li>Developer registration portals</li><li>Experience handling listing creation and property marketing.</li><li>Strong knowledge of Dubai real estate transaction processes.</li><li>Experience using real estate CRM systems.</li><li>Excellent organizational and time-management skills.</li><li>Strong communication skills in English (additional languages are an advantage).</li><li>Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).</li><li>Ability to work under pressure while managing multiple tasks.</li><li>High attention to detail and accuracy.</li><li>Professional appearance and customer-focused attitude.</li></ul>What We Offer<ul><li>Salary: AED 4,000 per month</li><li>Professional and supportive working environment.</li><li>Opportunity to grow within a rapidly expanding real estate company.</li><li>Exposure to Dubai's dynamic real estate market.</li></ul>If you have the required Dubai real estate administrative experience and are passionate about working in a fast-paced environment, we would love to hear from you.Send your CV to: samantha@epichomesre.comShortlisted candidates will be contacted for the next stage of the hiring process.Pay: AED4,000.00 per monthApplication Question(s):<ul><li>Are you confrontable with a salary of 4,000 AED?</li></ul>Experience:<ul><li>Dubai Real Estate Administration: 1 year (Required)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
