Epic Homes Real Estate is looking for motivated and experienced Real Estate Agent who specializes in the secondary market, to join our growing team in Dubai.

If you have a proven track record in the Dubai's secondary real estate market, excellent communication skills, and in-depth knowledge of a specific community, we'd love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist clients with buying and selling secondary market properties across Dubai.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with buyers, sellers, and investors.
• Generate new leads through networking, referrals, and prospecting.
• Conduct property viewings and negotiate offers.
• Stay up to date with market trends, pricing, and community developments.
• Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the sales process.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to the team's success.

Requirements

• Mandatory: 1–2 years of Dubai secondary sales real estate experience.
• Mandatory: Valid UAE driving license.
• Must specialise in at least one specific Dubai community or area.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated with a strong sales mindset.
• Strong knowledge of the Dubai real estate market and RERA regulations.
