Our philosophy: Image Now, Age Later&trade;To contribute to an exciting, fast-paced environment, responsible for providing support across all HR functions, including recruiting and on-boarding; compensation, payroll, and benefits administration. Also oversee building and office management functions, including coordinating with equipment and services vendors and suppliers. Assist with internal communications and special projects.Duties and responsibilities&middot; Handles payroll processing for all corporate staff (using current PEO system) and oversees Board of Director&rsquo;s payment upon request.&middot; Assist in payroll changes including deductions, rate changes, transfers etc.&middot; Manages all employee timecards, time off requests and PTO accruals.&middot; Processes 401K ER &amp; EE contributions.&middot; Administers various employee benefit programs, such as group insurance, life, medical and dental, accident and disability, insurance, pensions, investments, and savings; and health maintenance organizations.&middot; Responsible for scheduling interviews and guiding all candidates through the interview process.&middot; Manages the applicant tracking system for all departments.&middot; Provide all documents requested for audits and auditors.&middot; Assists in screening eligible candidates for selected positions.&middot; Responsible for processing pre-employment drug screens and background checks.&middot; Assists in conducting new-hire orientations.&middot; Prepare and maintain employee files, assuring accuracy, compliance and confidentiality. i.e: unemployment claims, verifications, I9 status and State regulations.&middot; Collaborate with department directors to assist with their staff&rsquo;s performance reviews, documentation or termination paperwork.&middot; Manages temporary staffing including interviews, hiring and all communication with agencies.&middot; Make suggestions in the spirit of continuous improvement, to support overall company efficiency with innovative ideas.&middot; Help plan and support company-sponsored events for employees.&middot; Contribute to team effort by accomplishing assigned projects as needed.&middot; Assist and support Director with day-to-day tasks and special projects.&middot; Manages all bulletins and memos throughout Image location(s), keeping employees informed of the latest company information.&middot; Assist in office changes and space needs by acquiring furniture and equipment.&middot; Other duties assigned&middot; Support hiring managers with all aspects of sourcing, recruiting, and on-boarding for corporate office, supply chain, customer relations positions locally, and for sales positions across the country&middot; Organizing recruiting events, such as, job fairs and tours at local beauty schools to scout talent&middot; Posting open jobs on career websites and forums, screening resumes, performing phone interviews, declining candidates, keeping track of recruiting process and open positions.&middot; Support all compensation, payroll and benefits administration&middot; Organizing corporate theme events, to create a harmonious working environment&middot; Assist with training and development, and with employee relations cases as needed&middot; Assist in developing and executing new hire onboard system to be implemented.&middot; Maintain updating of employee handbook and dress code&middot; Always have a door open to staff for any other their needs&middot; Maintain employee records in accordance with legislative requirements and corporate policies&middot; Ensure compliance with federal and state regulations concerning employment.Qualifications&middot; Bachelor&rsquo;s Degree or higher&middot; Well organized with strong attention to detail&middot; Multitasking ability&middot; Excellent interpersonal skills&middot; Prior customer service experience&middot; Prior management experience&middot; Experience with Benefits Administration and Payroll&middot; Strong communication skills (both oral and written)&middot; High integrity and respect for confidentiality&middot; 10+ years administrative, management, and HR experiences&middot; High level of enthusiasm; problem solver&middot; Ability to multitask and work at a quick, efficient pace&middot; Must have the highest standard of ethical conduct&middot; Effective decision making skills needed&middot; Must display sense of strategic thinking&middot; Must have strong leadership skills&middot; Must exude positive, harmonious energyBenefits Available:Medical, Dental, Vision and Life Insurance (after 30 days of employment)401 (k) (after one year of service)Employee Corporate Discount ProgramPTO (Paid Time Off)9 Paid HolidaysJob Type: Full-timePay: From $75,000.00 per yearWork Location: In person
