UI/UX DesignerJob DescriptionLocation: OnsiteExperience: 2&ndash;6 years Type: Full-timeWe are looking for a UI/UX Designer who can transform ideas into intuitive, user-friendly, and visually compelling digital experiences. If you enjoy solving design challenges, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and working with modern AI-powered design tools, we&rsquo;d love to meet you.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Lead end-to-end design from user research, ideation, wireframes, to high-fidelity UI.</li><li>Develop user flows, journey maps, and prototypes using modern tools (Figma, FigJam, Framer).</li><li>Create responsive layouts, interactive prototypes, and scalable design systems.</li><li>Conduct usability testing, gather insights, and iterate designs based on feedback.</li><li>Collaborate with Product Managers, Developers, and other stakeholders to align design with product vision.</li><li>Use AI-powered design tools for rapid prototyping and UI generation (Figma AI, Galileo AI, Uizard, Framer AI).</li><li>Design intuitive dashboards, data visualizations, and mobile-first experiences.</li><li>Ensure accessibility and usability best practices (WCAG 2.2+).</li><li>Maintain brand consistency across all digital products.</li><li>Provide design specs and support development through handoff tools (Figma Inspect, Zeplin)</li></ul>Skills &amp; Qualifications<ul><li>Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer or Product Designer with a strong portfolio.</li><li>Expertise in:</li><li>Figma (Design Systems, Auto-layout, Variables, Prototyping)</li><li>Framer, ProtoPie, or similar tools</li></ul>Good understanding of:<ul><li>User-centered design principles</li><li>Usability testing, heuristic evaluation</li><li>A/B testing, user research methodologies</li><li>Information architecture and interaction design</li><li>Familiarity with analytics and testing tools (Hotjar, Maze, Lookback).</li><li>Basic understanding of HTML/CSS is a plus (not mandatory).</li><li>Strong communication, collaboration, and time-management skills.</li></ul>Added Advantage (Not Mandatory)Experience or exposure in Healthcare, Medical Diagnostics, Medical Imaging, or Clinical Workflows such as:<ul><li>Designing for healthcare products, dashboards, or professional tools.</li><li>Understanding medical user personas (clinicians, technicians, patients).</li><li>Working with AI-driven systems, data visualization for diagnostics, or complex workflows.</li></ul>Education<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Design, HCI, Computer Science, or equivalent field.</li></ul>Certifications in UX Design or Design Thinking are a plus.Job Type: Full-timePay: &#8377;60,000.00 - &#8377;70,000.00 per monthApplication Question(s):<ul><li>Have you worked on end-to-end design projects?</li><li>Which design tools have you used extensively?</li></ul>FigmaFigJamFramerProtoPieOther design tools<ul><li>Have you conducted usability testing or user research for your designs?</li></ul>YesNo<ul><li>Are you familiar with accessibility and usability best practices (WCAG or similar)?</li></ul>YesSomewhatNo<ul><li>Have you designed dashboards or data-heavy interfaces?</li></ul>YesNoExperience:<ul><li> working or Product Designer UI/UX?: 3 years (Required)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
