UI/UX Designer

We are looking for a UI/UX Designer who can transform ideas into intuitive, user-friendly, and visually compelling digital experiences. If you enjoy solving design challenges, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and working with modern AI-powered design tools, we’d love to meet you.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end design from user research, ideation, wireframes, to high-fidelity UI.
- Develop user flows, journey maps, and prototypes using modern tools (Figma, FigJam, Framer).
- Create responsive layouts, interactive prototypes, and scalable design systems.
- Conduct usability testing, gather insights, and iterate designs based on feedback.
- Collaborate with Product Managers, Developers, and other stakeholders to align design with product vision.
- Use AI-powered design tools for rapid prototyping and UI generation (Figma AI, Galileo AI, Uizard, Framer AI).
- Design intuitive dashboards, data visualizations, and mobile-first experiences.
- Ensure accessibility and usability best practices (WCAG 2.2+).
- Maintain brand consistency across all digital products.
- Provide design specs and support development through handoff tools (Figma Inspect, Zeplin)
Skills & Qualifications
- Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer or Product Designer with a strong portfolio.
- Expertise in:
- Figma (Design Systems, Auto-layout, Variables, Prototyping)
- Framer, ProtoPie, or similar tools
Good understanding of:
- User-centered design principles
- Usability testing, heuristic evaluation
- A/B testing, user research methodologies
- Information architecture and interaction design
- Familiarity with analytics and testing tools (Hotjar, Maze, Lookback).
- Basic understanding of HTML/CSS is a plus (not mandatory).
- Strong communication, collaboration, and time-management skills.
Added Advantage (Not Mandatory)
Experience or exposure in Healthcare, Medical Diagnostics, Medical Imaging, or Clinical Workflows such as:
- Designing for healthcare products, dashboards, or professional tools.
- Understanding medical user personas (clinicians, technicians, patients).
- Working with AI-driven systems, data visualization for diagnostics, or complex workflows.
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Design, HCI, Computer Science, or equivalent field.
Certifications in UX Design or Design Thinking are a plus.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
