The recruitment team at IMC Trading is focused on relationships, performance, accountability and challenging the status quo. We are passionate, curious and love solving problems in the fast-paced and highly competitive industry in which we work.What you'll do<ul><li>Develop and maintain effective relationships with candidates, recruiters and hiring mangers</li><li>Schedule on-site and virtual interviews for experienced hire roles</li><li>Manage the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and handle candidate queries</li><li>Provide operational administration support where needed including employee data updates, recruitment logistics, contract generation etc.</li><li>Where needed, coordinate travel and accommodation for candidates</li><li>Identify, drive and implement improvements to the recruitment process logistics</li><li>Collaborate across the globe and partner closely with the recruitment teams in Amsterdam and Chicago to learn and share ideas and best practices.</li></ul>A bit about you<ul><li>At least 6 months of relevant work experience</li><li>Ability to work well under pressure, in an extremely fast-paced environment</li><li>Excellent verbal and written communication skills</li><li>Ability to maintain confidentiality when handling recruitment and HR issues and enquiries</li><li>Flexibility and willingness to travel and work overtime during peak season.</li><li>Must be energetic, motivated, and have excellent interpersonal skills</li></ul>Why join ?You'll be encouraged to push the boundaries of talent acquisition and be an integral part of the recruitment team.
