Overview We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented, Administrative Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide essential support in various administrative tasks, ensuring the smooth operation of our office. This role requires a proactive individual that demonstrates integrity, professionalism, excellent time management and communication skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.Responsibilities:<ul><li>Serve as office support for any tasks needing attention</li><li>Utilize Outlook for scheduling, communication and documentation.</li><li>Manage office operations, including filing, organizing documents, and maintaining office supplies.</li><li>Provide customer support by addressing client needs and resolving issues promptly.</li><li>Perform proofreading of documents to ensure accuracy and professionalism.</li><li>Handle phone calls with proper etiquette, directing inquiries to appropriate personnel.</li><li>Assist in bookkeeping tasks, including invoicing and tracking expenses.</li><li>Support team members with various administrative duties as needed.</li></ul>Skills:<ul><li>Proficiency in front desk operations and customer service.</li><li>Strong knowledge of Microsoft applications (Excel, Office, etc.).</li><li>Experience in office management practices and procedures.</li><li>Ability to computerize records and maintain organized filing systems.</li><li>Excellent proofreading skills with attention to detail.</li><li>Strong customer support skills with a focus on client satisfaction.</li><li>Ability to work independently and take initiative around the office.</li><li>Bilingual in Spanish and English is not a requirement but a plus</li><li>Exceptional phone etiquette and communication skills.</li></ul>Join us as an Administrative Assistant where you can contribute to our team's success while developing your professional skills in a dynamic work environment.Job Type: Part-timePay: $12.00 - $20.00 per hourExpected hours: No less than 20 per weekBenefits:<ul><li>Flexible schedule</li></ul>Application Question(s):<ul><li>Are you looking for a temporary job (&lt;1 year)or something longer-term (&gt;1 year)?</li></ul>Ability to Commute:<ul><li>Albuquerque, NM 87111 (Required)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
