Responsibilities
- Serve as office support for any tasks needing attention
- Utilize Outlook for scheduling, communication and documentation.
- Manage office operations, including filing, organizing documents, and maintaining office supplies.
- Provide customer support by addressing client needs and resolving issues promptly.
- Perform proofreading of documents to ensure accuracy and professionalism.
- Handle phone calls with proper etiquette, directing inquiries to appropriate personnel.
- Support team members with various administrative duties as needed.
Skills
- Proficiency in front desk operations and customer service.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft applications (Excel, Office, etc.).
- Excellent proofreading skills with attention to detail.
- Strong customer support skills with a focus on client satisfaction.
- Ability to work independently and take initiative around the office.
- Exceptional phone etiquette and communication skills.
