Administrative Assistant

Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented, Administrative Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide essential support in various administrative tasks, ensuring the smooth operation of our office. This role requires a proactive individual with excellent communication skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as office support for any tasks needing attention
  • Utilize Outlook for scheduling, communication and documentation.
  • Manage office operations, including filing, organizing documents, and maintaining office supplies.
  • Provide customer support by addressing client needs and resolving issues promptly.
  • Perform proofreading of documents to ensure accuracy and professionalism.
  • Handle phone calls with proper etiquette, directing inquiries to appropriate personnel.
  • Support team members with various administrative duties as needed.

Skills

  • Proficiency in front desk operations and customer service.
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft applications (Excel, Office, etc.).
  • Excellent proofreading skills with attention to detail.
  • Strong customer support skills with a focus on client satisfaction.
  • Ability to work independently and take initiative around the office.
  • Exceptional phone etiquette and communication skills.
