Sales Engineer

Job Summary:The IT System Administrator will be responsible for managing and maintaining the organization&rsquo;s IT infrastructure, ensuring secure and efficient systems, and providing technical support to end-users. This role also includes supporting visual content creation for marketing initiatives, managing IT procurement, and coordinating with vendors.Key Responsibilities1. Systems Maintenance &amp; Technical Support<ul><li>Install, configure, and maintain operating systems and software applications.</li><li>Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network issues to minimize downtime.</li><li>Conduct system updates and security patches regularly to ensure stability and protection.</li></ul>2. Network Administration<ul><li>Implement and maintain secure network configurations, including firewalls, VLANs, and VPNs.</li><li>Monitor and optimize network performance, addressing latency and connectivity issues proactively.</li></ul>3. Visual Content Creation &amp; Marketing Support<ul><li>Design internal and external visual content (posters, infographics, social media graphics) using tools such as Canva and Photoshop.</li><li>Assist the marketing team with branding tasks to ensure visual consistency across platforms.</li></ul>4. User &amp; Device Support<ul><li>Provide end-user support for computers, printers, and mobile device setup and troubleshooting.</li><li>Ensure smooth onboarding of new employees with IT assets and access.</li></ul>5. Data Management &amp; Security<ul><li>Administer user accounts, permissions, and group policies in compliance with security standards.</li><li>Monitor data security practices to safeguard sensitive information.</li></ul>6.
