Responsible for overseeing customs clearance and inventory management for IMGS. The role involves direct interaction with customers, transporters, vendors, shipping &amp; clearing agents, and port authorities, ensuring compliance with customs regulations, HSE standards, and operational efficiency.Key Responsibilities:Customs &amp; Documentation:<ul><li>Prepare and manage all customs documentation and clearance for import and export shipments.</li><li>Handle customs documentation, clearance, and filing for shipments.</li><li>Manage equipment documentation, clearance, and maintenance.</li><li>Ensure timely preparation and submission of yearly OFC documentation.</li></ul>Terminal &amp; Operations Management:<ul><li>Supervise bulk cargo vessel operations, including customs documentation and on-site supervision.</li><li>Coordinate with teams in Middle East &amp; Africa during operations.</li><li>Prepare daily port reports and share with clients.</li><li>Control costs both technical and operational.</li><li>Maintain terminal facilities and ensure adherence to HSE safety and awareness standards.</li><li>Manage terminal maintenance on a regular basis.</li></ul>Inventory &amp; Staff Management:<ul><li>Maintain complete inventory records of cargoes and equipment.</li><li>Provide quarterly training to staff and maintain training records.</li><li>Manage labor planning, timesheets, and daily operational reports.</li><li>Ensure HSE policies are followed by all team members.</li></ul>Client &amp; Stakeholder Coordination:<ul><li>Directly interact with customers, transporters, clearing agents, vendors, port authorities, and customs as required.</li><li>Share daily operational reports and updates with clients.</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>Proven experience in customs documentation, clearance, and operations.</li><li>Strong coordination and communication skills with internal teams and external stakeholders.</li><li>Knowledge of HSE policies and terminal safety management.</li><li>Experience in inventory control, report preparation, and staff supervision.</li><li>Ability to manage multiple shipments and operations across different locations.</li></ul>Preferred Qualifications:<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field.</li><li>Experience with international shipments and multi-country coordination.</li></ul>If interested kindly apply careers@imgs.caJob Type: Full-time

Terminal Operations Officer
