Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and organized Admin & HR Officer to manage daily administrative operations and support HR functions, ensuring smooth office management and effective employee lifecycle handling.
Key Responsibilities
Administration:
- Manage day-to-day office operations and coordination
- Maintain filing systems, records, and documentation
- Handle office supplies, procurement, and vendor management
- Support travel arrangements, visa processing, and logistics
- Assist management with reports, documentation, and correspondence
HR Functions:
- Support recruitment process (job posting, CV screening, interviews)
- Manage employee onboarding and offboarding processes
- Maintain employee records and HR database
- Track attendance, leave, and update HR systems
- Assist payroll with attendance and HR inputs
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
Employee Relations:
- Act as a point of contact for employee HR/admin queries
- Support internal communication and engagement activities
- Maintain a positive and structured work environment

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field (preferred)
- 1–3 years of relevant experience in HR/Admin role
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Ability to multitask and meet deadlines efficiently
