HR & Admin Assistant

Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and organized Admin & HR Officer to manage daily administrative operations and support HR functions, ensuring smooth office management and effective employee lifecycle handling.

Key Responsibilities

Administration:

  • Manage day-to-day office operations and coordination
  • Maintain filing systems, records, and documentation
  • Handle office supplies, procurement, and vendor management
  • Support travel arrangements, visa processing, and logistics
  • Assist management with reports, documentation, and correspondence

HR Functions:

  • Support recruitment process (job posting, CV screening, interviews)
  • Manage employee onboarding and offboarding processes
  • Maintain employee records and HR database
  • Track attendance, leave, and update HR systems
  • Assist payroll with attendance and HR inputs
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures

Employee Relations:

  • Act as a point of contact for employee HR/admin queries
  • Support internal communication and engagement activities
  • Maintain a positive and structured work environment

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field (preferred)
  • 1–3 years of relevant experience in HR/Admin role
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
  • Ability to multitask and meet deadlines efficiently
