HR Officer - Arabic Language and UAE Experience is Mandatory

Key Responsibilities

  • Support daily HR operations and administrative tasks
  • Assist in recruitment processes including job postings, screening, and interview coordination
  • Maintaining employee files (attendance, contracts, personal data) in HRIS, ensuring data confidentiality
  • Coordinate onboarding and offboarding procedures
  • Managing the attendance, leave management, and employee files
  • Prepare reports, letters, and internal HR documents
  • Coordinate with different departments regarding HR and operational matters
  • Ensure company policies and procedures are properly followed
  • Handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion
  • Payroll preparation, benefits administration, and handling inquiries regarding pay or leave
  • Assisting managers with performance evaluations and training initiatives

Requirements

  • Arabic language is mandatory
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • Minimum 4 years of HR or administrative experience in UAE
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Professional attitude and attention to detail
