Job Summary
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Officer to support and manage the company’s human resources functions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing recruitment, employee relations, onboarding, HR administration, performance management, and compliance with UAE labor laws. This role is essential in fostering a positive workplace culture and ensuring the company attracts, develops, and retains top talent.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full recruitment cycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding new employees.
- Coordinate employee onboarding, orientation, and offboarding processes.
- Maintain and update employee records, HR databases, and personnel files.
- Assist in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures in line with UAE labor laws.
- Support performance management processes, employee evaluations, and development initiatives.
- Handle employee relations matters and provide guidance on HR-related concerns.
- Monitor employee attendance, leave management, and payroll-related documentation.
- Coordinate visa processing, labor contracts, renewals, and other government-related HR requirements.
- Assist in organizing training programs, employee engagement activities, and wellness initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, labor regulations, and industry best practices.
- Prepare HR reports, workforce analytics, and other documentation as required by management.
- Support organizational growth by identifying talent acquisition and workforce planning needs.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 3–5 years of HR experience, preferably within the UAE.
- Strong knowledge of UAE Labor Law, visa procedures, and employment regulations.
- Experience in recruitment, employee relations, and HR administration.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail.
- Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR management systems.
- Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in the real estate, construction, or property development industry.
- Professional HR certification (CIPD, SHRM, PHR, or equivalent) is an advantage.
- Knowledge of HRIS systems and digital HR tools.
