About the Role

We're hiring an HR Officer to join the Group HR Office in Dubai, reporting directly to the Group HR Director. This is a broad, hands-on role covering Talent Acquisition, HR operations, systems administration, and reporting support ideal for someone early-to-mid in their HR career who wants direct exposure to how HR is run at group level across a large, multi-country organisation. You'll receive structured, on-the-job training in our Zoho HR platform and Power BI reporting as part of the role no prior expertise required, just a genuine willingness to learn and grow into it.

What You'll Do

  • Support day-to-day HR administration for the Group HR Office: documentation, employee records, onboarding coordination, and recruitment logistics.
  • Maintain and update employee data on our Zoho HR platform (full training provided).
  • Assist in preparing HR reports and dashboards starting in Excel, with growing exposure to Power BI for group leadership.
  • Coordinate with HR contacts across business units to collect and consolidate people data.
  • Provide general administrative and scheduling support to the Group HR Director's office.

What You Need (Non-Negotiable)

  • 1–3 years' HR experience (generalist, HR admin, or HR coordinator background).
  • Strong working knowledge of Excel.
  • Based in Dubai or able to relocate immediately.
  • Excellent attention to detail, discretion, and organisational skills — this role has visibility into sensitive group-wide people data.
  • A genuine interest in developing HR systems (Zoho) and reporting/analytics (Power BI) skills.

Nice to Have

  • Prior exposure to any HRIS platform (Zoho a plus, not required).
  • Basic exposure to Power BI or other data visualisation tools.
  • HR certification or degree (CIPD, SHRM, or equivalent) — in progress is fine.
  • Interest or prior exposure to multi-country / group organisational structures.

Why Join

  • Direct reporting line to the Group HR Director — rare early-career exposure to group-level HR strategy.
  • Structured, on-the-job training in Zoho HRIS and Power BI, building toward future HR Analyst / HR Systems roles.
  • Exposure to a large, multi-country conglomerate

Compensation

AED 10,000 – 11,000 per month, based on experience.
