Full-time, Monday to Saturday | AED 6500 to 10,000 per month

About Us

Infiway is a Dubai property and home maintenance company operating since 2016. We deliver AC, plumbing, electrical, handyman, painting, pest control, and fit-out services across residential and commercial properties, with a 4.9 rating and 10,000+ jobs completed. We are growing and need an experienced HR person to run the HR function on their own.

What You'll Do

• Hire staff: post jobs, screen CVs, arrange interviews, prepare offers and contracts
• Recruit technicians and site workers, not only office staff
• Run monthly payroll, WPS transfers, overtime, and final settlements
• Manage leaves, attendance, and the leave calendar for office and field teams
• Coordinate with our external PRO on visas, work permits, Emirates ID, and labour contracts
• Track visa, Emirates ID, insurance, and contract expiry dates and start renewals before deadlines
• Verify PRO invoices and make sure submissions are completed correctly and on time
• Keep employee records and files organized and confidential
• Write and apply HR policies, job descriptions, and the employee handbook
• Manage warnings, terminations, and any employee issues correctly under UAE Labour Law
• Support appraisals and help set up HR software to reduce manual work

What We Need

• 5+ years of HR experience in the UAE
• Experience handling blue-collar and technical staff
• Hands-on experience with UAE payroll and WPS
• Good knowledge of UAE Labour Law and visa procedures
• Able to work independently and build processes from zero
• Strong Excel skills
• English required, Arabic or Hindi/Urdu an advantage
