The HR Officer is responsible for supporting the organization's human resource functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, payroll coordination, attendance, leave management, visa documentation, and ensuring compliance with UAE Labour Law and company policies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes.
  • Prepare employment contracts, offer letters, and HR documentation.
  • Maintain employee records and HR databases.
  • Process attendance, leave, overtime, and payroll inputs.
  • Coordinate employee visa, Emirates ID, medical, and labour documentation.
  • Ensure compliance with UAE Labour Law and company policies.
  • Handle employee grievances and disciplinary procedures.
  • Support performance appraisal and employee engagement activities.
  • Coordinate training and development programs.
  • Prepare HR reports and maintain confidential employee information.
  • Assist in HR audits and statutory compliance.
  • Perform any other duties assigned by Management.

Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED5,500.00 per month

Education:

  • Bachelor's (Required)

Experience:

  • Human resources management: 5 years (Required)
  • Recruitment: 4 years (Required)
  • restaurant : 2 years (Required)

Language:

  • English (Preferred)
