HR OFFICER (Female Arab National)

Job Vacancy: HR OFFICER (Female Arab)
Location: to be assigned in Head Office - Sharjah
Employment Type: Full-Time

Job Summary

We are looking for a highly competent and experienced Arabic Female HR Officer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day HR operations, Recruitment activities, employee relations, and HR administration. She should possess strong knowledge of HR best practices, UAE labor regulations, and talent acquisition processes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Can handle entire procedures of Recruitment
  • Manage the full recruitment cycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.
  • Coordinate job advertisements, candidate databases, and recruitment campaigns.
  • Maintain and update employee records and personnel files.
  • Handle employee onboarding, orientation, and offboarding processes.
  • Assist in performance appraisal and employee development programs.
  • Ensure compliance with UAE Labor Law and company policies.
  • Address employee inquiries and support employee relations activities.
  • Coordinate visa processing, labor cards, insurance, and employee renewals.
  • Prepare HR reports and provide administrative support to management.
  • Maintain confidentiality of employee information and company records.

Requirements

  • Female Arabic
  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in Human Resources and Recruitment.
  • Proven expertise in recruitment, employee relations, and HR administration.
  • Strong knowledge of UAE Labor Law and HR procedures.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook).
  • Experience with HRMS software and online recruitment platforms is preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills in both Arabic and English.
  • Strong organizational, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Professional HR certification is an advantage.
  • Experience in handling recruitment for multiple departments and positions.
  • Strong interviewing, negotiation, and candidate assessment skills.
