Sales EngineerPurpose of the RoleSales Engineer at Immensa, will represent our on-demand spare parts and digital warehousing solutions, driving client engagement and revenue growth across the energy, oil &amp; gas, and petrochemical sectors. Sales Engineer will identify leads, understand technical needs, and bridge client requirements with Immensa digitization and manufacturing capabilities.Key ResponsibilitiesLead Generation &amp; Opportunity Development<ul><li>Identify and qualify new leads within target industries (oil &amp; gas, energy, petrochemicals).</li><li>Research clients&rsquo; operations, equipment, and maintenance requirements to uncover pain points.</li><li>Collaborate with the marketing team on targeted campaigns, events, and case studies.</li><li>Use CRM and ERP tools to record leads and track progress.</li></ul>Technical Engagement<ul><li>Meet customers to understand technical and commercial requirements.</li><li>Collect project details (material specs, drawings, photos) and coordinate internally for costing and feasibility.</li><li>Prepare technical and commercial proposals, ensuring clear alignment with client needs.</li><li>Conduct product demos and present Immensa digital warehousing and manufacturing capabilities.</li></ul>Sales Execution<ul><li>Share quotations and follow up regularly to drive closure.</li><li>Coordinate with design, production, and finance teams for pricing, delivery, and</li></ul>documentation.<ul><li>Handle order processing, delivery schedules, and payment follow-ups smoothly.</li><li>Provide after-sales support, collect customer feedback, and ensure repeat engagement.</li></ul>Performance Tracking &amp; Reporting<ul><li>Prepare regular reports on leads, conversions, and customer engagement metrics.</li></ul>Scope of Authority<ul><li>Collaborate with Estimation, Engineering, and Operations for pricing and execution.</li><li>Work with the Commercial Director on quarterly sales targets and customer engagement plans.</li></ul>Qualifications &amp; Skills<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Engineering or related discipline.</li><li>3&ndash;5 years of technical sales experience in the oil &amp; gas or energy sector.</li><li>Proven success in solution selling and lead conversion.</li><li>Strong technical understanding of mechanical components and industrial supply chains.</li><li>Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.</li><li>Self-motivated, with ability to work independently across multiple client accounts.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: AED10,000.00 - AED15,000.00 per month
