Sales Engineer
Purpose of the Role
Sales Engineer at Immensa, will represent our on-demand spare parts and digital warehousing solutions, driving client engagement and revenue growth across the energy, oil & gas, and petrochemical sectors. Sales Engineer will identify leads, understand technical needs, and bridge client requirements with Immensa digitization and manufacturing capabilities.
Key Responsibilities
Lead Generation & Opportunity Development
- Identify and qualify new leads within target industries (oil & gas, energy, petrochemicals).
- Research clients’ operations, equipment, and maintenance requirements to uncover pain points.
- Collaborate with the marketing team on targeted campaigns, events, and case studies.
- Use CRM and ERP tools to record leads and track progress.
Technical Engagement
- Meet customers to understand technical and commercial requirements.
- Collect project details (material specs, drawings, photos) and coordinate internally for costing and feasibility.
- Prepare technical and commercial proposals, ensuring clear alignment with client needs.
- Conduct product demos and present Immensa digital warehousing and manufacturing capabilities.
Sales Execution
- Share quotations and follow up regularly to drive closure.
- Coordinate with design, production, and finance teams for pricing, delivery, and
documentation.
- Handle order processing, delivery schedules, and payment follow-ups smoothly.
- Provide after-sales support, collect customer feedback, and ensure repeat engagement.
Performance Tracking & Reporting
- Prepare regular reports on leads, conversions, and customer engagement metrics.
Scope of Authority
- Collaborate with Estimation, Engineering, and Operations for pricing and execution.
- Work with the Commercial Director on quarterly sales targets and customer engagement plans.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related discipline.
- 3–5 years of technical sales experience in the oil & gas or energy sector.
- Proven success in solution selling and lead conversion.
- Strong technical understanding of mechanical components and industrial supply chains.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Self-motivated, with ability to work independently across multiple client accounts.

Pay: AED10,000.00 - AED15,000.00 per month
