Sales Engineer

Purpose of the Role

Sales Engineer at Immensa, will represent our on-demand spare parts and digital warehousing solutions, driving client engagement and revenue growth across the energy, oil & gas, and petrochemical sectors. Sales Engineer will identify leads, understand technical needs, and bridge client requirements with Immensa digitization and manufacturing capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

Lead Generation & Opportunity Development

  • Identify and qualify new leads within target industries (oil & gas, energy, petrochemicals).
  • Research clients’ operations, equipment, and maintenance requirements to uncover pain points.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team on targeted campaigns, events, and case studies.
  • Use CRM and ERP tools to record leads and track progress.

Technical Engagement

  • Meet customers to understand technical and commercial requirements.
  • Collect project details (material specs, drawings, photos) and coordinate internally for costing and feasibility.
  • Prepare technical and commercial proposals, ensuring clear alignment with client needs.
  • Conduct product demos and present Immensa digital warehousing and manufacturing capabilities.

Sales Execution

  • Share quotations and follow up regularly to drive closure.
  • Coordinate with design, production, and finance teams for pricing, delivery, and

documentation.

  • Handle order processing, delivery schedules, and payment follow-ups smoothly.
  • Provide after-sales support, collect customer feedback, and ensure repeat engagement.

Performance Tracking & Reporting

  • Prepare regular reports on leads, conversions, and customer engagement metrics.

Scope of Authority

  • Collaborate with Estimation, Engineering, and Operations for pricing and execution.
  • Work with the Commercial Director on quarterly sales targets and customer engagement plans.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related discipline.
  • 3–5 years of technical sales experience in the oil & gas or energy sector.
  • Proven success in solution selling and lead conversion.
  • Strong technical understanding of mechanical components and industrial supply chains.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Self-motivated, with ability to work independently across multiple client accounts.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED10,000.00 - AED15,000.00 per month
