Key Responsibilities

• Represent luxury residential and commercial properties to prospective buyers and investors
• Provide expert guidance on market trends, pricing strategies, and investment opportunities
• Build and maintain relationships with high-profile clients, developers, and stakeholders
• Conduct property viewings, negotiations, and closings with professionalism and discretion
• Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to promote listings effectively
• Stay informed on legal regulations, market developments, and competitive offerings

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience in real estate sales, preferably in the luxury segment
• Proven track record of successful high-value transactions
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Fluent in English; Arabic or other languages are an advantage
• Strong network of clients and industry contacts
• Valid UAE driving license and access to a vehicle
