Role Overview

We are seeking a proactive and knowledgeable Off-Plan Real Estate Agent to join our high-performing team. This role is ideal for professionals with a strong understanding of pre-construction property sales, market trends, and investor needs. You will guide clients through the off-plan acquisition process, offering strategic advice and exclusive access to new launches.

Key Responsibilities

• Promote and sell off-plan residential and commercial properties across Abu Dhabi
• Advise clients on payment plans, construction timelines, and investment potential
• Conduct presentations and virtual tours of upcoming developments
• Build and maintain relationships with developers, investors, and buyers
• Stay updated on new project launches, masterplans, and regulatory changes
• Negotiate offers and close deals with professionalism and accuracy
• Use CRM systems to manage leads, follow-ups, and transaction records
• Meet and exceed monthly sales targets

Qualifications

• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in off-plan or new development real estate sales
• Strong knowledge of the Abu Dhabi and UAE off-plan property market
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus
• UAE driving license and own vehicle preferred
• Familiarity with CRM platforms and digital marketing tools
• Professional demeanor, self-motivated, and client-focused
