Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced and licensed Real Estate Broker to join our leadership team. This role is ideal for professionals with a strong network, deep market knowledge, and a proven track record in managing high-value transactions. You will oversee property deals, mentor agents, and ensure compliance with regulatory standards while driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and oversee property transactions across residential and commercial sectors
  • Build and maintain relationships with developers, investors, and high-net-worth clients
  • Supervise and support real estate agents in achieving sales targets
  • Ensure legal and regulatory compliance in all transactions
  • Negotiate and close high-value deals with professionalism and strategic insight
  • Stay informed on market trends, pricing strategies, and investment opportunities
  • Contribute to business development and expansion initiatives
  • Maintain accurate records using CRM and transaction management systems

Qualifications

  • Valid UAE real estate broker license or equivalent certification
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in real estate sales, brokerage, or management
  • Strong knowledge of the Abu Dhabi and UAE property market
  • Excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skills
  • Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus
  • UAE driving license and own vehicle preferred
  • Proficiency in CRM platforms and real estate software
  • High ethical standards and a client-focused approach
