Key Responsibilities:
- Greet guests warmly and assist with check-in and check-out procedures
- Respond to guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally
- Provide accurate information about facilities, services, and local attractions
- Coordinate with housekeeping and other departments to fulfill guest requests
- Handle bookings, and reservations efficiently
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming front desk area
- Uphold company policies, standards, and procedures at all times
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a customer service or front office role preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in English; Arabic language skills are an added advantage
- Friendly, approachable, and professional demeanor
- Ability to handle guest concerns calmly and efficiently
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
Working Conditions:
- Duty Hours: 9 hours per day (including meal break) as per UAE labor law
- Accommodation: Provided (Shared or Single, based on designation)
- Transport: Not required – workplace is within walking distance from accommodation
- Nationality: Open to all nationalities
