Guest Service Agent

Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet guests warmly and assist with check-in and check-out procedures
  • Respond to guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally
  • Provide accurate information about facilities, services, and local attractions
  • Coordinate with housekeeping and other departments to fulfill guest requests
  • Handle bookings, and reservations efficiently
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming front desk area
  • Uphold company policies, standards, and procedures at all times

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a customer service or front office role preferred
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in English; Arabic language skills are an added advantage
  • Friendly, approachable, and professional demeanor
  • Ability to handle guest concerns calmly and efficiently
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays

Working Conditions:

  • Duty Hours: 9 hours per day (including meal break) as per UAE labor law
  • Accommodation: Provided (Shared or Single, based on designation)
  • Transport: Not required – workplace is within walking distance from accommodation
  • Nationality: Open to all nationalities

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED1,500.00 - AED1,800.00 per month

  • UAE: 1 year (Preferred)
