Key functions and responsibilities
- Lead management: Making outbound calls to potential clients, following up on leads from marketing campaigns, and qualifying prospects.
- Client support: Answering general inquiries about listings, services, and processes; handling issues and complaints; and providing information on financing and legal aspects.
- Scheduling and coordination: Scheduling property viewings and appointments, and coordinating with real estate agents.
- Data entry: Maintaining accurate client records, updating customer profiles, and entering data .
- Market knowledge: Staying informed about market trends, available properties, and company policies to provide up-to-date information to callers.
- Performance: Meeting or exceeding performance metrics like call handling time, conversion rates, and customer satisfaction scores.
