We are looking for a highly polished and professional Receptionist to be the first point of contact for my client, an ADGM-based Asset Management firm.


This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced corporate environment, is fluent in English, has exceptional communication skills, and maintains a welcoming, professional presence.

As the first point of contact for visitors and employees, you will play a vital role in ensuring smooth front-office operations and delivering an exceptional client experience.


Key Responsibilities:


- Greet and assist visitors in a professional and courteous manner

- Manage incoming calls, mail, and deliveries efficiently

- Coordinate meeting room bookings and ensure rooms are prepared for use

- Maintain a tidy and well-presented reception area

- Provide general administrative support to various departments

- Assist with office supply management, events, and logistics

- Liaise with Facilities and IT teams on repairs, desk moves, and vendor visits

- Manage visitor passes and office access badges


Requirements:


- 3–5 years’ experience in a receptionist or customer-facing role

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills

- Professional appearance and strong interpersonal skills

- Ability to remain calm, organized, and efficient under pressure

- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)

- Service-oriented attitude with strong attention to detail

- First-aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
