 We are looking for an experienced
 
 Chief Accountant
 
 to oversee all accounting and financial activities, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and effective management of financial resources. This is a hands-on leadership role, responsible for financial reporting, risk assessment, and adherence to Saudi regulations.
 
 
 
 
 
 
 Key Responsibilities
 
 
 <ul>

 Manage the full accounting cycle, including general ledger, journal entries, and reconciliations.
 </li>
 <li>
 Prepare accurate and timely financial reports and management accounts.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensure compliance with
 
 Saudi accounting standards (SOCPA)
 
 and statutory requirements.
 </li>
 <li>
 Develop and maintain financial forecasts, budgets, and risk assessments.
 </li>
 <li>
 Coordinate with external auditors and regulatory authorities.
 </li>
 <li>
 Implement and monitor internal controls to safeguard company assets.
 </li>
 <li>
 Supervise and mentor accounting staff, ensuring high-quality output.
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 
 
 
 Qualifications &amp; Requirements
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in
 
 Accounting, Finance, or related field
 
 .
 </li>
 <li>
 Proven experience as a
 
 Chief Accountant or senior accounting role
 
 managing full accounting functions.
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong knowledge of
 
 Saudi financial regulations and accounting standards
 
 .
 </li>
 <li>
 Proficiency in financial software and
 
 MS Excel
 
 .
 </li>
 <li>
 Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
 </li>
 <li>
 
 Professional certifications
 
 (CPA, ACCA, CMA) are a plus.
 </li>
 <li>
 
 Saudi nationality is preferred.
 
 </li>
