 Build &amp; run Azure infrastructure at scale (VMs, AKS, networking, DR)

 Own Infrastructure-as-Code (modular Terraform/Terragrunt)

 Manage CI/CD pipelines (90+ Azure DevOps pipelines)
 </li>
 <li>
 Operate Kubernetes platforms &amp; observability stack
 </li>
 <li>
 Drive automation across identity, security, and operations
 </li>
 <li>
 Support multi-region DR and enterprise-grade resilience
 </li>

 We are currently working on a highly confidential search for an exceptional
 
 Executive Assistant
 
 to support a prominent
 
 Chairman
 
 and
 
 Executive Office
 
 within a fast-paced, high-performance environment.
 
 
 
 
 
 This is not a traditional Executive Assistant role. It requires someone who thrives under pressure, can think on their feet, and is comfortable operating at the highest levels of business.
 
 
 
 
 
 
 Key responsibilities include:
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Managing an extremely complex and ever-changing executive calendar (10&ndash;15+ meetings daily)
 </li>
 <li>
 Coordinating across multiple time zones and international stakeholders
 </li>
 <li>
 Preparing agendas, minutes, executive reports, dashboards, and correspondence
 </li>
 <li>
 Managing extensive international travel arrangements, including private aviation
 </li>
 <li>
 Acting as a key liaison across senior executives, family office stakeholders, and external partners
 </li>
 <li>
 Supporting the wider Executive Office and Chief of Staff function on strategic priorities
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 
 
 
 The ideal candidate will have:

 Significant experience supporting Chairmen, Founders, CEOs, or UHNW principals
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong longevity within previous Executive Assistant roles
 </li>

 Execute creative from concept through to final delivery (highly hands-on)

 Design and support art direction across photography, CGI, and AI-generated content

 Integrate AI tools (Midjourney, Firefly, Runway, etc.) into day-to-day workflows
 </li>
 <li>
 Collaborate closely with copywriters, creatives, and account teams
 </li>
 <li>
 Present design work clearly and confidently to internal teams and clients

 Ensure consistency and high-quality output across all touchpoints
 </li>

 Stay up to date with design, tech, and cultural trends
 </li>

 What You Bring:
