Role Overview

As an Elite Property Specialist, you will represent the Metropolitan brand in the luxury property market, offering clients expert guidance and bespoke solutions. You’ll work with high-net-worth individuals, investors, and developers, providing a seamless experience from initial consultation to final transaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of premium residential and commercial properties
• Advise clients on market trends, investment opportunities, and property valuations
• Build and maintain relationships with high-profile clients and stakeholders
• Conduct property viewings, negotiations, and deal closures with professionalism
• Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to promote listings effectively
• Stay informed on legal regulations, market developments, and competitive offerings

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience in real estate sales or consultancy (UAE market preferred)
• Proven track record in luxury property transactions
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Fluent in English; Arabic or other languages are a plus
• Strong network of clients and industry contacts
• Valid UAE driving license and access to a vehicle
