Job Responsibilities

  • Generate, manage, and convert leads into property sales and leases.
  • Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting properties in Abu Dhabi (off-plan and secondary markets).
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients, developers, and investors.
  • Conduct property viewings, presentations, and negotiations.
  • Stay updated on Abu Dhabi’s property market trends, pricing, and competitor activities.
  • Promote company listings through marketing campaigns, property portals, and social media.
  • Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets set by management.
  • Ensure all documentation, RERA/DLD (if applicable), and company compliance processes are followed.
  • Provide after-sales service and client support to ensure client satisfaction and repeat business.

Key Skills & Requirements

  • Minimum 1–2 years of experience in UAE real estate (Abu Dhabi market preferred).
  • Strong sales, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Fluent in English (Arabic or additional languages are an advantage).
  • Excellent knowledge of Abu Dhabi communities and developers (Aldar, Bloom, etc.).
  • Valid UAE driving license and own car preferred.
  • Self-motivated, result-oriented, and target-driven.
  • Ability to work under pressure in a competitive sales environment.

Education

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
