Role Overview

We are seeking a results-driven and financially savvy Investment Real Estate Sales Advisor to join our dynamic team. This role is ideal for professionals with a strong understanding of property investment, market analysis, and client relationship management. You will guide investors through the acquisition process, offering tailored advice and data-driven insights to maximize returns.

Key Responsibilities

  • Advise clients on real estate investment opportunities across residential, commercial, and off-plan sectors
  • Conduct financial analysis, ROI projections, and market research to support investment decisions
  • Present investment proposals and guide clients through the sales process
  • Build and maintain relationships with investors, developers, and financial institutions
  • Stay informed on market trends, regulatory updates, and emerging investment zones
  • Negotiate and close deals with professionalism and strategic insight
  • Use CRM systems to manage leads, interactions, and transaction records
  • Achieve monthly performance targets and contribute to team growth

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2–3 years of experience in real estate investment sales or advisory
  • Strong knowledge of the UAE property market and investment dynamics
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Fluent in English; additional languages are an advantage
  • UAE driving license and own vehicle preferred
  • Proficiency in CRM platforms and financial modeling tools
  • Professional demeanor, analytical mindset, and client-focused approach
