Role Overview

We are seeking a fluent Japanese-speaking Real Estate Agent to join our Abu Dhabi office. This role is ideal for someone with a passion for real estate, excellent communication skills in both Japanese and English, and experience working with international clients. You will be responsible for assisting Japanese-speaking clients with property transactions, providing market insights, and ensuring a seamless and professional experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist Japanese-speaking clients in buying, selling, and renting properties in Abu Dhabi
  • Conduct property viewings and deliver tailored consultations based on client needs
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, developers, and investors
  • Translate and explain contracts, procedures, and legal documents when required
  • Stay informed about market trends, property listings, and investment opportunities
  • Negotiate offers and close deals with professionalism and cultural sensitivity
  • Use CRM systems to manage client interactions and transaction records
  • Meet and exceed monthly performance targets

Qualifications

  • Fluency in Japanese and English (spoken and written) is mandatory
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in real estate sales or consulting
  • Strong understanding of the UAE property market
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • UAE driving license and own vehicle preferred
  • Familiarity with CRM platforms and digital marketing tools
  • Professional demeanor, self-motivated, and client-focused
