Role Overview

We are seeking a knowledgeable and client-focused Property Consultant with specialized expertise in the Abu Dhabi real estate market. This role is ideal for professionals who understand local trends, regulations, and buyer behavior, and who can confidently guide clients through property transactions with strategic insight and personalized service.

Key Responsibilities

• Advise clients on buying, selling, and leasing properties within Abu Dhabi
• Conduct property viewings and deliver tailored market consultations
• Build and maintain relationships with local developers, investors, and buyers
• Stay up-to-date on Abu Dhabi’s property laws, masterplans, and new launches
• Negotiate offers and close deals with professionalism and accuracy
• Use CRM systems to manage leads, follow-ups, and transaction records
• Meet and exceed monthly performance targets

Qualifications

• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in Abu Dhabi real estate sales or consulting
• Strong knowledge of local property trends, communities, and regulations
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Fluent in English; Arabic or other languages are a plus
• UAE driving license and own vehicle preferred
• Familiarity with CRM platforms and digital marketing tools
• Professional demeanor, self-motivated, and client-focused
