Join our team and contribute to empowering others on their wellness journeys!Job DescriptionWe are seeking a dedicated and personable Technician to perform body contouring and skin tightening treatments for our clients. No prior experience in these specific procedures is required&mdash;we provide comprehensive training to ensure you&rsquo;re fully equipped to deliver exceptional results. This is a part-time, hybrid position with flexible hours centered around our busiest client times.This role is primarily in-person at our Wayne, NJ location for performing treatments. In addition, 1&ndash;2 days per week can be worked remotely, handling scheduling coordination, client follow-ups, appointment confirmations, and general administrative support to keep operations running smoothly.Key ResponsibilitiesIn-Person:<ul><li>Performing noninvasive body contouring and skin tightening treatments under supervision.</li><li>Building strong personal relationships with clients to understand their goals and provide tailored recommendations.</li><li>Communicating effectively about treatment options, aftercare, and wellness tips.</li><li>Maintaining a clean, welcoming, and professional treatment environment.</li><li>Assisting with general salon operations as needed.</li></ul>Remote (1&ndash;2 days/week):<ul><li>Managing and coordinating the client appointment schedule.</li><li>Confirming upcoming appointments and handling rescheduling requests.</li><li>Following up with clients post-treatment to check on their experience and encourage rebooking.</li><li>Responding to client inquiries via phone, text, and email in a timely and professional manner.</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills&mdash;building trust and rapport with clients is essential.</li><li>Aesthetician certification or experience is a plus but not required.</li><li>High school diploma or equivalent.</li><li>Reliable transportation to our Wayne, NJ location for in-person treatment days.</li><li>A reliable internet connection and phone for remote scheduling days.</li><li>Organized and detail-oriented&mdash;able to manage a client schedule independently.</li><li>Availability and flexibility are the top priorities for this role: Must be available to work all day on Saturdays and between 1:00 PM &ndash; 8:00 PM on weekdays, as these are peak appointment times.
