Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and personable Technician to perform body contouring and skin tightening treatments for our clients. No prior experience in these specific procedures is required—we provide comprehensive training to ensure you’re fully equipped to deliver exceptional results. This is a part-time, hybrid position with flexible hours centered around our busiest client times.

This role is primarily in-person at our Wayne, NJ location for performing treatments. In addition, 1–2 days per week can be worked remotely, handling scheduling coordination, client follow-ups, appointment confirmations, and general administrative support to keep operations running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities

In-Person:

• Performing noninvasive body contouring and skin tightening treatments under supervision.
• Building strong personal relationships with clients to understand their goals and provide tailored recommendations.
• Communicating effectively about treatment options, aftercare, and wellness tips.
• Maintaining a clean, welcoming, and professional treatment environment.
• Assisting with general salon operations as needed.

Remote (1–2 days/week):

• Managing and coordinating the client appointment schedule.
• Confirming upcoming appointments and handling rescheduling requests.
• Following up with clients post-treatment to check on their experience and encourage rebooking.
• Responding to client inquiries via phone, text, and email in a timely and professional manner.

Requirements

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills—building trust and rapport with clients is essential.
• Aesthetician certification or experience is a plus but not required.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Reliable transportation to our Wayne, NJ location for in-person treatment days.
• A reliable internet connection and phone for remote scheduling days.
• Organized and detail-oriented—able to manage a client schedule independently.
• Availability and flexibility are the top priorities for this role: Must be available to work all day on Saturdays and between 1:00 PM – 8:00 PM on weekdays, as these are peak appointment times. Additional flexibility for other shifts is highly valued.
