We&rsquo;re looking for a self-motivated and creative Graphic Designer/CSR to join our team!As a Graphic Designer/CSR, you will play a key role in providing exceptional customer service while being hands-on with the design and production process. Your ability to build relationships, interpret customer needs, and produce high-quality designs will be vital to your success and the continued growth of our company.Responsibilities:<ul><li>Provide excellent customer service by assisting walk-in clients and handling phone inquiries.</li><li>Deliver timely quotes and project details using our system (training provided).</li><li>Interpret customer requirements and create design concepts using Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.).</li><li>Prepare designs for mailings, digital production and ensure the final product meets customer specifications.</li><li>Collaborate with clients throughout the process to ensure their vision is realized.</li><li>Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, meeting tight deadlines while maintaining high-quality standards.</li></ul>Qualifications:<ul><li>Experience with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and proficiency in Excel.</li><li>Previous experience in a print shop or managing production is required.</li><li>Strong background in apparel and printing design.</li><li>Excellent organizational skills with a keen eye for detail.</li><li>Confidence in interacting with clients directly, both in person and over the phone.</li><li>Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and manage multiple projects simultaneously.</li><li>Must be able to work in-house (no remote work options).</li><li>Ability to follow directions, adhere to company systems, and maintain a positive attitude.</li></ul>Perks &amp; Benefits:<ul><li>Competitive salary</li><li>Hands-on experience and professional development opportunities</li><li>Collaborative and creative work environment</li><li>Opportunity to make a direct impact on the business</li></ul>If you are a dedicated professional with a passion for design and customer service, we would love to hear from you!
