We are a fast-paced print shop known for our commitment to delivering high-quality printing, mailing, apparel, and promotional products. Our clients trust us for our expertise and personalized service. We’re looking for a self-motivated and creative Graphic Designer/CSR to join our team!

As a Graphic Designer/CSR, you will play a key role in providing exceptional customer service while being hands-on with the design and production process. Your ability to build relationships, interpret customer needs, and produce high-quality designs will be vital to your success and the continued growth of our company.

Responsibilities:

• Provide excellent customer service by assisting walk-in clients and handling phone inquiries.
• Deliver timely quotes and project details using our system (training provided).
• Interpret customer requirements and create design concepts using Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.).
• Prepare designs for mailings, digital production and ensure the final product meets customer specifications.
• Collaborate with clients throughout the process to ensure their vision is realized.
• Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, meeting tight deadlines while maintaining high-quality standards.

Qualifications:

• Experience with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and proficiency in Excel.
• Previous experience in a print shop or managing production is required.
• Strong background in apparel and printing design.
• Excellent organizational skills with a keen eye for detail.
• Confidence in interacting with clients directly, both in person and over the phone.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Must be able to work in-house (no remote work options).
• Ability to follow directions, adhere to company systems, and maintain a positive attitude.
