We are committed to building efficient people systems, ensuring compliance with labor laws, and fostering a professional and performance-driven work culture.Key ResponsibilitiesRecruitment &amp; StaffingManage end-to-end recruitment processes including manpower requisition, job postings, screening, interviews, and offer letters.Coordinate with department heads to understand staffing needs and timelines.Maintain recruitment trackers and candidate databases.HR OperationsSupport onboarding and induction processes for new hires.Maintain employee records, HR files, and documentation in compliance with company policies.Assist in probation confirmations, contract renewals, and employee movements.EOBI &amp; Statutory ComplianceHandle EOBI registration, monthly contributions, and record maintenance.Ensure compliance with Pakistan labor laws, including employment contracts, working hours, leave management, and termination processes.Coordinate with external consultants and government departments when required.Employee RelationsAddress employee queries related to HR policies, benefits, and procedures.Support grievance handling and maintain a positive employee relations environment.Assist in disciplinary actions in line with company policies and labor laws.HR Reporting &amp; DocumentationPrepare HR reports, trackers, and MIS for management review.Assist in audits, inspections, and compliance reporting.Support policy implementation and updates as per organizational requirements.Required Qualifications &amp; ExperienceBachelor&rsquo;s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field.3&ndash;4 years of hands-on HR experience, preferably in a corporate or consulting environment.Strong practical knowledge of:Recruitment &amp; selectionEOBI proceduresPakistan labor laws and statutory complianceSkills &amp; CompetenciesStrong interpersonal and communication skillsGood understanding of HR best practices and complianceAbility to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlinesProficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)High level of confidentiality, integrity, and professionalismJob Type: Full-timePay: Rs50,000.00 - Rs80,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
