Human Resources Executive

Key Responsibilities

Recruitment & Staffing

Manage end-to-end recruitment processes including manpower requisition, job postings, screening, interviews, and offer letters.

Coordinate with department heads to understand staffing needs and timelines.

Maintain recruitment trackers and candidate databases.

HR Operations

Support onboarding and induction processes for new hires.

Maintain employee records, HR files, and documentation in compliance with company policies.

Assist in probation confirmations, contract renewals, and employee movements.

EOBI & Statutory Compliance

Handle EOBI registration, monthly contributions, and record maintenance.

Ensure compliance with Pakistan labor laws, including employment contracts, working hours, leave management, and termination processes.

Coordinate with external consultants and government departments when required.

Employee Relations

Address employee queries related to HR policies, benefits, and procedures.

Support grievance handling and maintain a positive employee relations environment.

Assist in disciplinary actions in line with company policies and labor laws.

HR Reporting & Documentation

Prepare HR reports, trackers, and MIS for management review.

Assist in audits, inspections, and compliance reporting.

Support policy implementation and updates as per organizational requirements.

Required Qualifications & Experience

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field.

3–4 years of hands-on HR experience, preferably in a corporate or consulting environment.

Strong practical knowledge of:

Recruitment & selection

EOBI procedures

Pakistan labor laws and statutory compliance

Skills & Competencies

Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Good understanding of HR best practices and compliance

Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines

Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

High level of confidentiality, integrity, and professionalism

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs50,000.00 - Rs80,000.00 per month
