Education:

• Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, Data Analytics, or related field

Experience:

• 2-3 years of relevant experience

Responsibilities:

• HR data verification & reporting
• HR audits, documentation & compliance
• Employee engagement & internal communications
• Training coordination & records management
• Support Performance Management System & HR dashboards

Skills Required:

• Demonstrated strong expertise in end-to-end HR Operations
• Detailed Oriented
• Good knowledge of MS Office and data analysis
• Organized & Creative Personality
• Strong communication skills
• Research and reporting ability
