We are seeking a competent and proactive “HR Executive” to support and oversee core human resource operations for our North Region. The role requires a strong understanding of HR operations and the ability to ensure effective implementation of HR policies and procedures in alignment with Head Office guidelines.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee routine HR operational activities under the guidance of Head Office HR, ensuring effective communication, implementation and compliance with HR policies and procedures.
  • Support the end-to-end recruitment process including job postings, sourcing, screening, interviews, credential/reference verification, and onboarding of new hires.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, HR documentation and databases in accordance with company policies and applicable requirements, ensuring strict confidentiality of sensitive information.
  • Assist in planning and coordinating training and development initiatives to support employee skill enhancement and career progression.
  • Assist in handling employee grievances, conflict and disciplinary matters under the supervision and guidance of Head Office HR.
  • Assist in monthly payroll processing and related coordination.
  • Process employee resignations and clearances and conduct exit interviews in accordance with established procedures.
  • Perform any other duties as assigned by the line manager in line with organizational needs.
